Josh's Bio

Joshua grew up playing multiple sports such soccer, volleyball, baseball, and ran track. He started Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in 2016 and moved to Lynchburg with his wife, Paola, in 2017. He has competed in numerous Gi and Nogi competitions across the United States including the International Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Federation and the Professional Grappling Federation. Joshua is excited to see God move through the BJJ community.
